Wedding/Reception Fees
Fee includes use of the LHS Grounds and Parmenter Barn
$1000 for use of grounds and facilities for up to 20 hours
$50/hour for each hour of part thereof over 20 hours
$25/hour fee for staffing and overhead for all hours of the rental
Time for set-up, event itself, and take-down all count towards the total number of hours
Time may be spread over the course of 3 days to allow for set-up, event, and take-down
Event Fees
(OTHER THAN WEDDINGS AND WEDDING RECEPTIONS)
Fee includes use of the LHS Grounds and Parmenter Barn for the duration specified
(three hour minimum)
$50/hour for individuals and businesses
15% discount for LHS members
50% discount for non-profits and similar organizations
Time for set-up, event itself, and take-down all count towards the total number of hours
